I went to Customize~Fonts and Customize~Menu, I can’t seem to find a place to change the font of my Main Menu.

Thanks for reaching out with your Crio Pro WordPress theme questions.
In order to customize Menu item fonts in your Crio theme you should navigate to Appearance > Customize > Design > Menus > Main Menu > Font .
