How do I put my website that I created on bg-domain/ using inspirations?
I had the option through the hosting provider but it is simply giving a blank theme.

Thank you for reaching out and thanks for using Crio Pro WordPress theme!
If I’m understanding your question correctly, you already have a live site and you would like to make a copy of that site and upload it to your BoldGrid Cloud WordPress account? If that’s the case we have an awesome plugin called Total Upkeep that will help you do just that in a simple process.
All you need to do is install Total Upkeep on both websites, create a backup archive on the first site, then restore that backup on your second site. You can use our “magic link” which you will see, to automate the process.
Total Upkeep comes with automated remote backups, tools to restore your site even if your WordPress installation is corrupt, the ability to automatically rollback failed updates and many other great features that make migrations and website maintenance a breeze.
I hope this helps. Don’t hesitate to reach back out to us if you have more questions.
January 10, 2022 at 3:30 pm #46811NarayanGuestIts exactly the opposite.
This is the website I created: https://bharatayurva.com/bg_bharatayurva.com/
It’s a dummy test website.
This is where I want it: https://bharatayurva.com/
I have done as was told in tutorial. Take backup from dummy > Upload using Total Upkeep plugin on the primary > Restore backup
But after this all media in the library is gone, and you can very well see how the website looks like. Also, all the internal links revert to bg link instead of primary. I need to see the images to change or use them. Library has no thumbnail displayed for them.
I’ve tried plugin reset and updates. No avail.

It’s seems like your media files were not included in the your backup. Try creating a new backup of the source site and be sure to include all files and folders and your database tables as well. Then try using the new backup as your transfer point.
You may benefit more from this video tutorial on how to transfer a WordPress website using Total Upkeep. If you follow the steps in the guide you should be able to use the “magic link” process to transfer all your site content.
