I have purchased $40 in coins from Inmotion hosting for my (2) images that are each 10 coins, $20. I have attempted to download these 2 images for 2 days and keep receiving an error messages that indicates my images are invalid. I have had a ticket with Inmotion Hosting who has forwarded over to BoldGrid however I would like to launch my website for business reasons sooner rather than later and have found other images if not duplicates from Adobe that I will need to purchase. I would like a refund of my $40 in coins to purchase this photos and launch my website. Please advise of the steps to this immediately.

Thanks for the question about getting your coins refunded. You will need to speak with your host (InMotion Hosting) in order to obtain the refund. We do not have access and are unable to provide you a refund for the coins through the BoldGrid Support Center. If you have any further questions, please let us know.
