How do I remove the HTML information in the comments section of the Blogs page?

The comments section of the blogs page has information about inserting HTML into comments and the relevant commands to do so. I wish to eliminate that, and have a simple, clean box/button for anyone wishing to post a comment.

Hello,

To prevent that from showing all you need to do is add a custom CSS entry to set that div not to display, if you can provide us a link to the page so we can see what div your site is using for that we can give you an example of what that CSS might look like.
