How do I stop receiving emails from wordpress@boldgrid.com indicating that Carlo E has posted an answer?

I get several of these emails every day: The subject is, “New answer posted by Carlos E.” And the body states: Hello! A new answer is posted by Carlos E on  Answer:  Link: https://www.boldgrid.com/support/?post_type=answer&p=xxxx where xxxx is a number.

How do I unsubscribe from these annoying emails that often link to content that isn’t there and when there is content it is irrelevant to me.
