The example content in the themes is meant to spark inspiration, so you don’t have to use it in your final draft; we actually recommend going through and deleting, rewriting, copying, pasting, or doing whatever you need to make the pages your own.

In your case, I’d recommend deleting the extra pages and adding necessary sections to your home page. That way, you can pick a theme based on the look and feel alone and still accomplish your goal of having a multi-sectional landing page.
