Currently have a multi site installation that I need to update the WP core and plugins. If I use your tool, cloud WordPress, how do I create a copy of my website to import into Cloud WordPress. Does Cloud WordPress provide access to files etc.

Thanks for your interest in using Cloud WordPress for staging your site updates.
Unfortunately, Cloud WordPress doesn’t support Multisite installations. Cloud WordPress Premium does provide a file manager to access all of your files as well as a database management tool.
Okay, thanks for your assistance. Are there any tools similar to WordPress Cloud that offers multi-site installation?

I’m not familiar with any staging environment in the “Cloud” for Multisite staging, but one thing you could consider is the LocalWP staging system, which is a free local development environment. It does include Multisite support.
