    Hello Ani,

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
    There is no difference between the Free and Pro versions of the W3 Total Cache when it comes to setting expires header or cache control header.
    To do this, you need to enable Browser Cache in the Performance>General settings and save all settings Then go to Performance>Browser Cache and you can enable “Set Expires header” and “Cache-control header” in the General area or for individual files like HTML&XML, JS&CSS and Media&Other files
