Hello,
Apologies for the delay in your answer. I had actually answered this earlier, but it didn’t save on the site. I spoke with a developer in regards to the issue and he agreed with me on the problem and its solution. The issue was most likely caused by the security updates in WordPress 4.7 to 4.71. Please update your theme and BoldGrid plugin and the issue should go away. I was not able to duplicate the problem in my test site. If the issue persists, please let us know.
Kindest regards,
Arnel C.
July 20, 2017 at 2:52 pm #24066Anonymous UserMemberHello,
I have a Boldgrid installation, and I’m using the Florentine theme on my site.
I recent transitioned the site to a new domain, and when I try to go to the customizer, it gives me this error:
Fatal error: Class ‘WP_Customize_Cropped_Image_Control’ not found in /home/SITENAME/public_html/wp-content/themes/boldgrid-florentine/inc/boldgrid-theme-framework/includes/customizer/class-boldgrid-framework-customizer.php on line 166
I went to the exact file, and when I went to the line in question, it was there…
I’m not sure why it’s doing this, because I can find it without a problem.
My GUESS is that when WP is telling the customizer to find that control, it’s sending it to the wrong folder. Where do I check to see the directory path, and is there something I’m missing? Thank you
