When I attempt to add a new hyperlink, or modify an existing hyperlink in Post & Page Builder, the hyperlink feature now only offers a place for the destination URL, but no longer provides an option for opening the link in a new browser tab. Has something changed by design, or is this a glitch in Post & Page Builder?

As always thanks for reaching out with your BoldGrid Post and Page Builder questions.
I spun up your site in a dev environment in an attempt to recreate your issue, unsuccessfully. When I choose the option to add a hyperlink it functions properly. I still get the popup where I can select options and modify the link:
I think similar to your issue here this may have to do the new WordPress updates and you may need to bring your WordPress Core, theme and plugins up to date to restore some functionality.
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions for us.
June 6, 2022 at 10:13 am #54078Ron FahnestockGuestHi, Brandon,
and thanks for addressing my Post and Page Builder questions. I have double-checked my site status and all three suggested areas are indeed up-to-date (WordPress Core 6.0; WestView theme; Post and Page Builder plug-ins). When trying to add or alter hyperlinks on this or any page in my website, I do not get a pop-up that includes the “settings” wheel, but only get the place to paste in a URL and the left-pointing “GO” arrow (see a screenshot of what I get when I try to add/alter a hyperlink: https://homeatfirst.com/web-page-screenshot/). Therefore, I cannot scroll through my site’s roster of page URLs, nor can I elect to open a link on a new tab or overwrite the current tab.
Here’s a page URL with numerous hyperlinks you might investigate using your inspection tools:

(Please don’t alter anything. This is a key page on our site.)Hoping you find something.
One more thing — I notice that although I have installed the Connect Key and have the Post & Page Builder activated! I cannot be sure the Post and Page Builder Premium Extension that I have downloaded is installed and functioning. Could this be a cause of my issues?
Thanks, and regards,

Thanks so much for your reply. I think this could definitely be related to your connect key and Post and Page Builder Premium status. I checked your account and I see you do have an active premium connect key. You may need to log in to your BoldGrid Central account, copy your Premium Connect key and paste it into your BoldGrid settings on your website.
I know that without Post and Page Builder premium you will surely lose some functionality. We have a guide that explains how to locate your BoldGrid connect keys in case you have any trouble finding it.
I hope this helps to resolve the issue. Please let us know if you have any questions Ron!
