Hello – I posted over two months ago and received a general help reply that did not help.
Again – when I visit the website reset password the field where you are supposed to reset your password does not populate. Therefore I can not reset the password and I can not edit our website. The five ways to rest your wordpress password does not apply to this situation as the only way I can reset does not work. I’m sorry to hear this has been an ongoing issue for you. If you have tried resetting the password using the ways we suggested your next step is to contact your Web Host and setup a support ticket. You may have to login to your cPanel and change the Password using their web tools. You could also be locked out of your site for more advanced reasons such as malware or a security threat.
