So I just downloaded BoldGrid’s zip file after meeting Tim at the WordCamp Raleigh event…I’ve installed boldgrid on a clean WP install on my web host. Unfortunately, I received a Fatal Error that read:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/s/h/a/shamanchris/html/readingswithchris/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-inspirations/includes/class-boldgrid-inspirations-theme-install.php on line 324
Any ideas on what the story is here? There are NO OTHER plugins on the site….again, I literally just set up a clean WP site and the only plugins (thus far) that are on teh site are the default Hello Dolly and Aksimet plugins.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing that error when installing the BoldGrid Inspirations plugin. What are you doing when you run across the error? Are you trying to do something specific such as install an Inspiration? I set up a fresh test copy of WordPress and am not running into anything right away. Please give me all specific steps so we can try and duplicate it.Kindest Regards,

I have a totally clean install of WP on GoDaddy. Yes, I was attempting to activate the Inspiration portion of the BG plugin. I downloaded the zip (that seemed okay) and uploaded (that process went fine), its just that the moment I tried to activate it, I got that Fatal Error code. So I deleted the plugin again this morning and tried to activate it again (after another successful upload to WP), but same deal; I’m getting a Fatal Error when attempting to activate.
