I downloaded the plugin, and followed the installation instructions. When it asks me for the key, I obviously do not have one, so I went through the process of trying to get one, but I keep getting this message in red: “There was an error communicating with the BoldGrid Connect Key server. Please try again.”
I’ve been getting this error everytime for the past 3 days. Please help!

Thank you for contacting us about issues activating BoldGrid. Sorry to hear about the troubles you are experiencing. In our tests, everything is working at this time. I recommend enabling debugging in WordPress as it may provide additional errors or clues. Review your server’s error logs for additional notices or records. Your host should be able to help you access these. Test with a default theme such as “twenty seventeen”. Also, try disabling your 3rd party plugins. This should help you narrow down the specific cause further.
