Hello, I was trying to make the purchase of the pro version of the CRIO template and I have not been able to make the payment, I have always made purchases with the cards that I enter and this time it tells me that it is not possible to make the purchase.
I live in Costa Rica and I’m trying to make the purchase for a site that I’m designing.
I would appreciate your help to make the purchase of the template.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble renewing your premium subscription. You can log in to your BoldGrid Central account, visit the help section and scroll down and locate the BoldGrid Premium support channel, and the premium team should be able to assist you with getting your website back up and running.
