I update to 1.2.7 but there a problem
now i can’t drag files ( images for example ) directly into the post edit from the browser ( i tested with chrome )its give the denied icon when i try
also it’s not possible drag if i choose to add image, i can use the upload fuction!that’s weird!

Thanks for reaching out although I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues after updating your BoldGrid Post and Page Builder plugin. Since we know this happened after an update can you try removing the plugin completely and reinstalling it and see if that restores your functionality?
Post and Page Builder can be downloaded directly from the WordPress repository. Please let us know if this doesn’t clear up your issue.

Hi Fabio,
Is this issue limited to a specific page or post or is it site wide? One thing I can think of that may have caused this is the preferred editor being switched back to the standard WordPress editor. You can try following the steps in this guide to switch the Post and Page Builder editor back on.
If this is not the problem please inspect your browsers JavaScript console for errors using Chrome dev tools. If any error messages are present copy/paste them into the forum here so that we can inspect them. Hopefully it reveals something useful about your error.

i see that every time i must switch to reactivate drag and drop
i have tried to switch to wordpress editor and return to boldgrid post editor

I’m happy to hear you were able to get this working. You should be able to set your PPB editor globally from your WordPress dashboard. Hover over the Post and Page Builder sidebar link and choose Settings. There is a Preferred Editor section where you can set your editor according to Post Type.
