I initially installed the Free Connect Key then upgraded to Premium Connect Key but features like removing the “Thanks” on the Footer are not active.
Also, under Connected Websites for the Free Connect Key, I still see my site and it does not appear under the Connected Websites of the Premium Connect Key.
Please help..
If you’re not seeing the premium key features then you may not be using the proper key. It may need to be re-issued. If you can provide some information using the feedback widget option with your information then they can research your account and make sure that you have a working key. Apologies for the issues.
