January 24, 2022 at 3:19 pm #47131Brandon CKeymasterTim could you send us the URL associated with your website please? I’ll try looking it up just to make sure it’s wiped from our database. Have you verified through your web host that the website has been removed?

January 24, 2022 at 3:41 pm #47134Brandon CKeymasterThanks Alex,
I just checked out your URL and it doesn’t look like you have a premium key setup with us so we wouldn’t be hosting any of your sub domains. Our BoldGrid products are simply a suite of WordPress plugins and themes and we do not control any web hosting level aspects of your website.
You should contact your web host, your site seems to be tied to this NameServer
ns1.host-anycast.it
. You should reach out to them and inquire about removing your website.January 25, 2022 at 8:16 am #47135AlexGuestecutuningdata.com

January 25, 2022 at 8:26 am #47140Brandon CKeymasterHi Tim,
That looks like a backup file created by Total Upkeep Backups and Migrations plugin. If you wish to delete that backup you need to navigate from your WordPress dashboard to Total Upkeep<<Backup Archives. Find the backup there and click “View details”.
From there, find the red
delete backup
link on the right side of the page and click to remove the backup. -
