Hi Tim,
That looks like a backup file created by Total Upkeep Backups and Migrations plugin. If you wish to delete that backup you need to navigate from your WordPress dashboard to Total Upkeep<<Backup Archives. Find the backup there and click “View details”.
From there, find the red
delete backuplink on the right side of the page and click to remove the backup.
