December 4, 2017 at 10:45 am #23351Arnel CMemberHello Bernardo,
Sorry for any problems with Customization of your site after updating to WordPress 4.9.1. We would need more information on the issue as BoldGrid is working in version 4.9.1 as far as we can tell. Make sure that your plugins are updated to the latest version and turn off or reset caching if you are using it. If you continue to have the problem, then please provide us a URL and more information concerning the problem that you are having.
December 6, 2017 at 3:47 pm #23350Anonymous UserMemberI also lost the options under Customize after upgrading to WordPress 4.9.1. I cannot make edits to my main menu. I am using Google Chrome and just deleted all cache and stored files and restarted the browser. The issue still exists.
December 6, 2017 at 5:05 pm #23349Arnel CMemberHello RhondaK,
Sorry for the problem with the Customize option after upgrading to WordPress 4.9.1. As per my last answer on the issue, we would need more information concerning the versions of the BoldGrid plugin you’re using. There was an update to the plugin, so be sure to make sure that it is updated as it may resolve your problem.
December 6, 2017 at 6:22 pm #23348Anonymous UserMemberBold Grid Editor 1.6 and Bold Grid inspirations 1.5.2. I checked to make sure I have the most recent updates. I see the same result on IE 11 as I do on Chrome. I cannot find a plug in to update the themes. (I am using Cobalt if that mattters.)
December 7, 2017 at 9:34 am #23347JohnPaul BMemberWe spent quite some time testing this with the Cobalt theme, and are not experiencing any issues. I recommend Displaying and Logging PHP Errors, Warnings, and Notices on your site. This may provide a more specific error message. Also try disabling any 3rd party plugins, except for BoldGrid. This will rule out if the issue is being caused by a plugin conflict.
Thank you,
John-Paul
December 7, 2017 at 11:39 am #23346Anonymous UserMemberI am having a similar issue. When I make changes in “Customize” / “Active Site” such as a header change, there is no “publish” button. Their is only an “X” and that make me lose all my changes. WordPress 4.9.1, BoldGrid Editor 1.6.
