Hi Jesse.
I tried checking the donate page console. It has mixed tags issues in yellow but not read. Pl note that the SSL certificate was just added to the site. I checked the mixed tags too and it’s for the images used, not for the form. The strange part is when my colleague logs into the WP dashboard and checks the same page. She is unable to see the form. I am able to, not sure if it’s cos i created the page. Both of us cleared our cache and tried as well. She isn’t able to view it in preview mode either. I am not sue if i mentioned but i built the website using elementor & oceanwp theme. for this particular page, i thought it might be elementor so i built it using the gutenberg editor as well. but it still doesn’t show. Please help!April 30, 2021 at 1:12 pm #37057Jesse OwensKeymasterHi Aroop-
I checked out your donate page, and I couldn’t see the form either. I did take a look at the error console, and I didn’t see anything that would be preventing it from showing up. It does look like the JavaScripts from iATS are being loaded correctly.
I did a little searching though, and I did find that iATS Payments has an official WordPress Plugin and instructions on how to use it here. I’d recommend using that solution since it looks like it will take care of all the technical details for you.

I used this plug-in to integrate iATS and my website. I followed all the steps and in the end, you need to embed their code to you wp page. I did that as well. I did it as an “embed block” as suggested by iATS. Then when it didn’t show in the live page but only showed in the preview page, I added it as a html code. Same issue again. It shows in preview but after publishing, it disappears in the live page. I found some similar content on people using the YouTube embed code and it not working. But those solutions were specific to YouTube and I couldn’t find anything that would apply here.April 30, 2021 at 3:32 pm #37075Jesse OwensKeymasterHi Aroop-
I’m afraid this particular issue is a little outside our area of expertise. Have you tried contacting iATS support?
