I’d like to add pages but my “pages” is not listed? How do I get that?

Sorry for the problem with your pages and for the delay in this answer.  Make sure that all of your BoldGrid plugins are up-to-date and WordPress is updated.  If everything is correct, then please provide more information on your site so that we can investigate the issue in more depth.  Remember also that BoldGrid is a series of plugins for WordPress.  If you have loaded another theme editor or plugin, it is possible that a conflict may exist with that plugin.  Disable your plugins one-by-one to see identify any plugin issues.
