Hey,
When installing wordpress on your WP Cloud service it never seems to install/activate the theme for the backend. I’ve tried both express installs and custom Snap installs multiple times, and the backend is always just rows of plain html links. Moreover the frontend theme is always the same, even if choosing another theme when creating a custom Snap install.

Thanks for reaching out with your BoldGrid CloudWP questions. Its really odd that your new cloud instances and snaps are not installing correctly. Have your installations always behaved this way or is this issue something that just started happening?
The first thing you probably should do is try accessing BoldGrid Central in an incognito browser and spinning up a new installation to see if issue resolves itself. If so, might just be a temporary browser based issue.
It would be a great help if you could send us a screenshot of what you’re experiencing. We have a guide that explains how to send screenshots in our support forum.
We look forward to hearing from you!
