My account renews in August but the card on file had not been updated to our new credit card account. It removed my premium upgrade.
I updated the card info but there was no option to renew using that card and I didn’t know if boldgrid would try and rerun the charge.
I attempted to upgrade and pay for premium and it wouldn’t accept any forms of payment and it is not a bank issue.
I need immediate help please bc I cannot work on my site and it isn’t running correctly now.
