I was building a staged site to replace our html site. I updated the plugins and the theme. Then we launched last night but now the fonts look different on the live pages. The backend of the site where you can make changes and edits to the page is still in the desired open sans (which is what we want). The problem is when it’s live the Main Text Typography looks to be in maybe a times roman or serif font. The customized font menu is showing it still as open sans but the pages are displaying a different font live. The other issue we have is with sizing. We’ve got it set to 14 and again it looked great pre-launch. Now it appears to be half the size. What’s going on and how do I fix it? PS: the heading typography is perfectly fine. No issues there after launch. It’s just the main text areas that aren’t displaying properly.

Thanks for reaching out and thank you for using Crio Pro WordPress theme!
I’m sorry to hear you having some trouble after your migration from staging to a live WordPress enviornment. I have some quick questions so that we can begin troubleshooting:
1.) How did you complete your site migration? Are you publishing the site from a web hosting based server application?
2.) Are you using a plugin such as Total Upkeep the BoldGrid backups and Migrations plugin?
3.) Are you importing the site from a BoldGrid Cloud WordPress site?
4.) Are you able to manually change text and publish in the new live environment?
We look forward to hearing from you and assisting further with this!

1.) How did you complete your site migration? Are you publishing the site from a web hosting based server application? it’s a wordpress using boldgrid that’s hosted at web hosting hub (whh). Essentially when I tired to launch the site I built in the staging area, the launch option wasn’t there as it appears in the help articles. A tech with the server company WHH did the launch for us.
2.) Are you using a plugin such as Total Upkeep the BoldGrid backups and Migrations plugin? I do have the plug in total upkeep but i’m not sure what migrations plug in, if any, we have. Before we update plug ins etc we back up the site to whh’s space (which is there for 7 days). The last update showing in Total upkeep is a very old version of the site from Nov. 2022 and not the most recent one from Jan 2023.
3.) Are you importing the site from a BoldGrid Cloud WordPress site? Not sure i understand this question. The site was built in wordpress using boldgrid but as stated above when it came time to launch the regular launch option wasn’t there so the server company did it.
4.) Are you able to manually change text and publish in the new live environment? I’ve got over 500 pages so trying to change each page manually isn’t really an option.
Again, everything looks fine. The fonts show up as they should in the building/edit area. But when it’s live on the site it shows something different.
