Hi, I updated the latest version of W3 Total Cache plugin on my staging site. An issue arises straight up with the title on my services pages and my contact page.
On my service pages and contact page, I have a title area with a background image and transparent outline text. The title area was all black following the update of the latest version of the plugin, the background photo had disappeared and the transparent text was just a dark line.I checked the page edit section and it all seems to be as normal.
I then deactivated the plugin and the background image and transparent outline was restored.
My website theme support suggested not to use the plugin, now I’ve always had it and found it efficient.
is there a way for W3 Total Cache to resolve this image issue?
Thanks in advance,
Anne

From what you’ve described, it sounds like the background image may be using “Lazy Loading” but not working correctly.
To test this theory, navigate to Performance > User Experience and uncheck the Process background images option, and then click Save Settings and Purge Caches.
Beyond that idea, it’s a little tough to speculate without being able to see what you’re seeing. If that doesn’t work, can you send a link to your staging site so I can take a closer look for you?
