Hello Team. Thank you for the wonderful work done to help us all create beautiful websites.
I have a problem with my website. https://authenticwebsitesug.com/ Everything works as I want it on desktop, but fails to work as well on mobile.
My animations, transitions, and videos all work perfectly on desktop but are still (lifeless) on mobile.
They load well after you clear the cache, then go back to being static no matter how much you reload.
Yet they work perfectly on desktop, everytime.June 8, 2023 at 7:00 am #91177Brandon CKeymasterHi Kevin,
Thanks so much for reaching out and thank you for using Crio Pro WordPress theme! I’m sorry to hear you’re having some issues with mobile responsiveness in BoldGrid Post and Page Builder but let’s see if we can help you out.
Post and Page Builder allows you to set conditions for which blocks and elements appear on the page, depending on the size of the screen.
By default, all elements are visible on all devices but you can use the responsive utilities in Post and Page Builder to hide specific elements. This allows you to easily build out your WordPress site with a mobile first design approach.
You may also benefit from reviewing this comprehensive guide on using the Post and Page Builder in general.

June 8, 2023 at 12:10 pm #91178KevinGuestI made animated entrances for most of my content on the homepage. Both text and images.
They slide properly on the desktop, everytime the page loads. While on mobile they only animate the first time you load, and not always fully. Every time you refresh, it brings a static page.I also added videos on the home page and contacts page, automating and looping their play.
They were working fine on desktop, but weren’t playing on mobile.June 8, 2023 at 12:19 pm #91198Brandon CKeymasterThanks Kevin,
I tried loading your animations on my mobile device and it looks like the animations did refresh after reloading the page.
As far as adding auto loops to your videos you can follow this guide to learn how to do just that.
I hope this helps!
