Loading an Inspiration Fails

Sorry to hear you are having issues with installing your Inspiration. There were some issues with connections to the data center housing our asset server at the end of the week and into the weekend. I believe that is what was causing the issue.
I was able to successfully install an Inspiration on my own server, and the issue seems to have been resolved with the data center. You should be able to install an Inspiration theme without issue.
