Thanks for reaching out and thank you for hosting with our premium partner DreamHost! From what you’re explaining it sounds like you’re having trouble accessing your BoldGrid Central account.
Your login credentials should be exactly the same as the one’s you would use to access your DreamHost hosting account. Once you access BoldGrid Central you should see Total Upkeep and your other plugin in the “Plugins” dashboard.
