I was in the process of adjusting my logo for my website header. I removed the old logo and was attempting to replace it with a revised one. The Customized/Menu app allowed me to place the new logo into the header but it didn’t show up on the header in my website. I spoke to my hosting technical support and they were unable to resolve the problem and advised me to submit this topic. The following is what the technical support person told me to convey to you:
That the logo is plainly visible in the customize section, but does not appear on the website proper after publishing.
That you are using boldgrid-inspirations v. 2.6.4 / Post-and-page-builder v.1.15.0 // post-and-page-builder-premium v. 1.0.5
That you are using wordpress v. 5.8.2 and all of your plugins are up to date.
That you are using the theme boldgrid-wedge 1.16.10.
The following are screen shots the support this issue:

https://ibb.co/cTYvj63I recently upgraded by boldgrid post-and-page-builder and was wondering if this is the cause. Is it possible to find and load an older version of this plugin?

Thanks for reaching out and thank you for using BoldGrid Wedge theme for WordPress! Sorry to hear you’re having issues getting your site logo to display.
From what you explained it sounds like it could be related to caching. Once you change your logo in the Customizer and publish try clearing any cache associated with your website, including browser cache, server side cache, and any cache being generated by your W3 Total Cache plugin or any other caching plugins you may be running.
If the problem persist after purging cache, temporarily deactivate W3 Total Cache and any other plugins that deal with image optimization or minification. If you get the site logo on the live page after deactivating these types of plugins we can narrow the issue down to a plugin conflict or configuration issue.
I hope this helps. Please reach back out with your questions or concerns.
November 19, 2021 at 10:03 am #45117Earl A SneeringerGuestI tried the clearing of the cache for both server and browser and that didn’t change anything. I then deactivated the W3 Total Cache an Smush apps and the logo returned. I then narrowed it down to the Smush app causing the problem and left that deactivated. Thanks for your assistance.

Don’t hesitate to reach back out if you ever need us for anything.
