I have created several menus and I am using the “Customizr” theme. Initially, I could see the menus listed on the BoldGrid “Customizing/Menus” Dashboard. However, when I create another new menu and locate it on the main page (or anywhere), it replaces the existing menu (which I think it is supposed to do for the theme (Customizr) I am using), but the original menu no longer shows up on the “Customizing/Menu Dashboard. I can go to the “Appearance/Menus” selection in WP and see the original menu is still there, and I can make the original menu active again on the original location from the WP “Appearance/menus”) dashboard, but the BoldGrid “Customizing/Menus” Dashboard still won’t list the original menu item. It is gone forever from the BoldGrid “Customizing/Menus” dashboard. Creating and managing menus from either the WP “Appearance/Menus” or doing it from the BoldGrid “Customizer/Menus” dashboard should update each other, right?

Thanks for submitting a question about adding menus to your site. Since “Customizr” is not a BoldGrid theme, it’s possible there is a conflict between that theme and the BoldGrid tools causing the menus to overwrite each other. To use BoldGrid most effectively, I’d recommend trying one of the BoldGrid themes available through the Inspirations process.
Best,
Christopher M.
