Normally my menu scrolls down through the different long subsections, but when active W3 total cache breaks the menu on mobile devices. Sometimes, but not always and not on all pages the menu gets stuck and won’t scroll down. The page scrolls in the background but the menu stays static. I’ve tried every setting imaginable (page cache, browser cache on/off for example) but I can’t get the menu to work other than disabling Total Cache altogether. I’m using a theme called Uncode and they suggest to exclude the following from being cached, but that doesn’t help either:
/wp-content/themes/uncode/library/js/init.js
/wp-content/themes/uncode/library/js/min/init.min.js
/wp-content/themes/uncode/library/js/ai-uncode.js

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
I’ve checked your website and I can see that W3 Total Cache is enabled, specifically, Page Caching is enabled as I can see, and Browser Cache.
I checked the mobile version using Android and iPhone, and with different browsers and I am not seeing the issue you are describing.
Can you please confirm you are still experiencing the problem and can you please share the specific page you are having issues with or is the problem random?
Thanks!August 9, 2022 at 12:27 pm #55871BearGuestThanks for your reply Marko. I’m afraid it’s a tough support question as the issue comes and goes. For example now I’m experiencing it on iphone but a couple of days ago I did not. The menu on the front page is stuck both in Safari and Chrome, while the menu still works on some subpages. I’ve made a screen recording of the issue if that helps?
