I logged into my blog today and my total upkeep says it is the free version. I have a subscription with premium 2 years now. I reenter the key and it says thank you for adding your key then the page refreshes back to free. And what really rips is if I try to use premium support even though I have a valid premium connect key (Invoice #10150Billed On December 20, 2023) I cannot get it.
