Thank you for reaching out and thanks for using Crio Pro WordPress theme!
Congratulations on upgrading to a premium license! Have you also installed and activated the stand-alone Crio Premium helper plugin? You will not have access to all of your premium features until you do so. If you haven’t you can download the plugin from your BoldGrid Central account under the “Plugins” icon.
Here’s a guide on how to access BoldGrid Central just in case your unsure of how to do so.
I hope this helps! Please let us know if there’s anything else that we can answer for you.
June 9, 2022 at 4:29 pm #54249SergeiGuestI have the same issue, I uploaded the crio premium plugin and activated it, but I see no crio menu and I still have the “Upgrade to pro” thing in the costumize menu.

You may also need to install your premium connect key. You can obtain it from the “Connect Keys” section of your BoldGrid Central account.
You won’t have full access to Crio Premiums features until you attach your premium connect key to your WordPress instance.
I hope this helps.
June 10, 2022 at 7:12 am #54271SergeiGuestOkay that works, however if I use the connect key for premium I dont have access to premium post and page builder which uses another key, is there any way to combine the two?
June 10, 2022 at 7:15 am #54275Brandon CKeymasterHi Sergei,
Your Premium Connect key should give you access to Crio Premium and Post and Page Builder Premium as long as you have both premium plugins installed. If this is not the case for you, please reach out to our BoldGrid Premium Support channel so that we can inspect this issue directly.
