Hello,
I have a fully functional WordPress website using Boldgrid and Crio. There is nothing fancy or extraneous beyond what Boldgrid and the Crio theme add. There’s text and photos, a google map in a couple of places. The site will not load on iPad and iPhone (just starting this testing.) I can see the way it is supposed to look in the editor on MacBook Pro, but it doesn’t render on either of the mobile devices.
I’ve tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome on iPhone 12 Pro and iPad 3.0. All system software is current. Same/similar behavior on both devices and browsers: Header will partially load (there are no images in my header, just text and a menu.) After the header, the menu loads but is not active. The first section has some text and an image (the image will not load), second section contains only text. Last is a footer, with text and a google map.
Eventually I get a message in Safari on iPhone or iPad that says “A problem repeatedly occurred on “https://www.stillwoodandstone.com/”. T
What’s the best way to debug this problem? I can’t even tell what the problem is so far.
Thank you!

Thanks so much for reaching out and I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your Crio Pro WordPress theme!
I inspected your site on a few different browser types as well as some of my personal devices and it seems to be loading properly on my end. That leads me to think that either you’ve resolved this issue on your own, or that the problem is likely related to caching.
If you haven’t done so already clear all cache associated with your website including browser cache and any server side caching agents. After doing so try opening the site in an incognito browser on your smaller screen size devices to see if that resolves your issue.
I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions for us.

You must have tested after I fixed it! After exhaustive testing, we learned that two things were happening. One was a plugin that was a potential problem, and we eliminated that. The other was the Crio Premium footer template. Using a Google map in the footer caused the site to not load any other media items. We removed the map from the footer and everything loads.Hope this helps.

Yes, I think you’re right I must’ve tested after you got the issue resolved. I’m happy to hear you guys were able to work it out. I’m going to try replicating this issue myself, it may be something we need to report to our developers in a bug ticket. Thanks so much for the insight!
Please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with!
