I cannot access my website as my only email address is not recognized. I cannot manage my site and it content because of it. My email address has not changed in 5 years.

Sorry for the problems with being unable to access the website. We would need to have access to your account in order to reset that password. You may first want to make sure there’s no problem with your WordPress database by checking and it and repairing through your host’s interface. If the problem persists then you will need to have the admin access password reset. You can do that by following the instructions in this article. Otherwise, if you’re not the owner of the site, then you will need to speak with them to have the admin user login password reset.
