The title says it all. I have no more info. All my plugins and WordPress are up to date. My site is still published, but my contact forms don’t work anymore and when I go to edit pages, they are totally empty. What is going on? Will I have to rebuild my entire site?

I’m having a systemic issue with this, across my installs on 3 domains. The ‘x’ in the editor disappeared and after installing a new inspiration, reinstalling the Post and Page builder, it still doesn’t show.

Those were all the tips support has provided on the matter, so now I need to know what to do to get it back. I did not alter any framework and debug shows nothing out of the ordinary

    Hi.

Thanks for posting your question regarding the issues you are experiencing. I recommend disabling any other (non-BoldGrid) plugins that you may have installed, especially those that are used for editing Pages/Posts. They may be conflicting with BoldGrid’s functionality.

Additionally, I recommend troubleshooting the server you have installed BoldGrid on. Specifically ModSecurity may be blocking requests, depending on the rules you have enabled. You can check your Apache error logs and disable/enable ModSecurity -temporarily- to determine if that is the reason for the missing buttons. I hope this helps!

    Sincerely,

    Carlos
