My site was using a free key. I just changed it with a Premium Connect Key. How long do I need to wait to see the premium on the website?

My site was using a free key. I changed it to a Premium Connect Key. In Boldgrid login, I don’t see the site is connected to it. Than I rekey and reapply the new key. The site is still not in my Boldgrid login.

What I need is to remove Special Thanks at the footer of every page as only site with Premium Connect Key can do. But I still can not see the check box to hide the Special Thanks. https://www.boldgrid.com/support/advanced-tutorials/how-to-remove-special-thanks-and-attribution-links/

My Boldgrid and WordPress is up to date.

Hello Tom,

Thank you for contacting us regarding how long before you should be able to see the premium key on your website. Ensure you updated your BoldGrid Connect key as described in that guide. You should see this change immediately after updating the key.

I am having this same issue. I just updated to my premium connect key and I’m not seeing that reflected. I also need to remove the Special Thanks attribution for my company site.
