I checked the computer, phone, and tablet viewing options to make sure my site looked great on all 3, and indeed it does when i look at my macbook, my phone, and tablet. But then after making my whole website I checked it on my work desktop PC today, and either because it’s a PC or because it’s a bigger display, everything looks really bad, on both Chrome and Internet Explorer. Words are on top of other words, the rows and columns are all out of order, and the menu is just a bulleted list of links. Is this fixable somehow?

Sorry to hear about the problems with the BoldGrid site not displaying correctly on your desktop PC. We would need to have a URL in order to view and troubleshoot the issue to see if it can be fixed. Typically, the theme should be auto sizing (as it is responsive) to the display being used to view the site. Please provide us the URL for your site and we can look into the issue in more depth.
If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.
Regards,
Arnel C.

October 4, 2017 at 6:58 pm #23631Anonymous UserMemberSomehow, without my having made any changes, today when I went to look at my site on my work desktop it now looks good. I don’t know why it looked messed up for over a week and then suddenly looks better now, but it does, so everything is ok now. Thank you for your responsiveness.
