    Hello!
I try to transfer backup from staging site to new hosting, using this tutorial:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tfL6mrdB4nA

Backup is ok, I restored it on staging site for testing. But after I click Restore in Transfers/Destination on new site, it shutdown with error:

    Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    How to fix this? Thanks!

    Hello Alex,

Thank you for reaching out to our support team.

It sounds like you may have a corrupt permalink structure. On the main site or the transfer site you can refresh your permalinks. This is an easy task you just need to navigate to Settings > Permalinks and click “Save Changes”.

Once you do this you can create another backup and then try to transfer to the destination site.

Here is an article on how to refresh your permalink structure.

If you still get the error after resetting your permalinks the next step is to replace with default code, in the .htaccess file.

Here is a guide on how to change your default .htaccess code back to defaults.

    The Default .htaccess Code

Let me know if that doesn’t work, we are always happy to assist.

    Thanks
    Elana D.
