    I am trying to use GridBlogs in the Vacation theme. When I try to add them to a Section, nothing shows in right-hand portion of the editor. I see the left-hand section where I can drag Sections to re-order them.

    So, I thought that I did something wrong, and decided to create a new Page. When I click Add New, I see a message “New From GridBlocks: Downloading the newest GridBlock Sets. This may take up to one minute this first time.” I get a spinning wheel. 15 minutes later, it’s still spinning. Later I tried it again, and got: “New From GridBlocks: Loading GridBlock Sets.” The spinning wheel shows up, too, but it never stops spinning.

    I’ve tried this several times over the course of the past few days, and there is never a resolution, or additional error messages. I can’t find anything else like it in the support archives.

    Good afternoon,

    So it sounds like there’s potentially an issue with your WordPress instance communicating with our asset server. What is your domain name and we can look into this further for you? Also, you can submit a bug report in wp-admin which will send us more information that won’t be in public view which could be beneficial.

    OK, I submitted the Bug Report as you requested. I basically just copied the initial note into the description box. The domain name is: unclejaynetwork.com. Thanks.

    Hello Tom,

    Thank you for contacting us. Try disabling your other 3rd party plugins as a test, since I have seen them conflict BoldGrid. Enable debugging as it may provide a more specific error message. Also check with your hosting provider, to see if there are any error logs associated with the problem you have.

    If your problems persist, you can submit a bug report from your WordPress Dashboard. Click Dashboard, scroll down to the BoldGrid Feedback section and choose Bug Report.
