    Hi, I just bought your W3 Total Cache Pro plugin
    I have a problem and a question

    The question is: I would like to know if you have an optimization service for all the features of your plugin? And if so, where can I buy it and what is the price?

    The problem: With your plugin active, I see several of my pages that do not show a header photo and one below is not shown, in other pages with the same structure if they are.
    I don’t know why this happens? if I deactivate the plugin if it shows
    Attached a photo on the left side the photos are shown with the plugin deactivated, on the right side of the photo the photos with W3 activated are not shown.

    Thank you for reaching out.
    First of all, this is a public forum so please do not share private information such as your license key.
    Can you please disable the settings one by one in Performance>general settings, save the settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled, and see which one might be causing the issue?

    Hello Marko, sorry I did not know that I was in a public forum, I thought it was private. I’ll take it into account.
    I have already fixed the problem. Not W3’s fault, the problem was with another plugin. Also thanks for the help.
    Let me ask again about whether there is a possibility to have assistance from the W3pro plugin for the correct optimization of all the functions of your plugin. And if so, where can I request it and what would be the price, if there is this option?
