Hello,
I have w3tc pro and I am having an issue when enabling object caching using memcached. The memcached items seem to be continuously increasing. items keep increasing for hours in a continuous pattern. The object cache expiry is set to no more than 200s

I tried enabling stats for w3tc and flush count seems to be too low. What could be the issue ?
Only page cache is enabled other than this and it uses a very small number of memcached items. DB and fragment caching is off.

WHere are you pulling the info in the provided screenshot from?
Also, is the option Store transients in database enabled in Performance>Object Cache?

Screenshot is from AWS ElasticCache (memcached).Previously I had page and db cache enabled and item count doesnt reach 200k but after enabling object cache (and disabling db cache) it keeps increasing just like the screenshot until the memcached server stops responding.

Thank you for the information.
As I can see you enabled the Binary protocol box. The binary protocol can increase throughput.
Can you please try disabling the Binary protocol and check if the Memcache usage is increasing?
