Hi,
I have just purchased this and I am having problems with moving backups to offsite storage they always fail.
Below is a log for ftp and google drive.I have increase the php memory to 256M and memory max to 512M, but it still fails please can you advise in how I can resolve this

Thanks for reaching out, I’m sorry to hear about the difficulty getting your remote storage to work.
Each of these logs appear to be a successful upload. In the case of the FTP log, we can even see the backup files that remain on your FTP Server:

There are errors here that you have two different WP_MEMORY_LIMIT constants in your wp-config.php file, but that shouldn’t prevent the uploads from working (although you should make sure only your new 512MB directive is present and delete the older one).
Do be sure to double-check the upload directory, these backups will be in their own directory in both Google Drive as well as your FTP server.

Thank you for your reply, but I am still having issues with both the schedule and the offsite storage.
Firstly the schedule I have the schedule set for every day, but it has not run since the 11th Feb as can be seen in the logs. What needs to be done to resolve this.
Secondly even when I just a manual backup and the offsite storage has not completed and there are no logs to show it has even attempted to invoke to the ftp server or google drive. Can you explain to me why this is not happening and how to resolve it.
I am fast losing any confidence in this product because of the problems I am having. I am having to check this every day because I have no confidence that a backup is being taken.

Thanks for the updates, I’m sorry to hear you’re still having trouble.
I’ll tackle your second question first- backups that you create manually also have to be manually uploaded to remote storage. Click on View Details on one of your manual backups, and look for the Remote Storage box, where you’ll see the option to upload your manual backup to your remote locations.
For your first question, that your scheduled backups haven’t run since 11 February, there are a couple of things we’ll want to check.
First, can you check the Total Upkeep > Preflight Check > Cron section, and let us know if you see anything other than Yes next to the various Cron tests?
Second, can you check Total Upkeep > Tools > Cron Log and paste your Cron log for the last four days here?

Thank you for your reply. To clarify, the remote storage only works if I do it manually. It does not work with a scheduled backup, but schedules backups are not happening at the moment so let’s focus on the scheduled backups first and then the remote backups once the scheduled backup is working reliably.
The preflight check only shows wp-cron enabled. The cron log is empty. I have images of this information, but I am reluctant to post on a public forum. If you can provide me with an email address I will send them on.Kind Regards
