The parent is linked to a page but it won’t open the page. What do I do so it will function too? I’m using the Grid One theme.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with a parent menu item link when using a mobile device. I was able to test and confirm this behavior.
Unfortunately, I do not have a fix for you, but I did submit the issue as a bug to the development team so they can correct it for the next release.
