    Hi there,

    I’m trying to purchase a W3TC subscription using my Ramp business credit card, but I keep receiving the following error:

    “This transaction was declined. Please contact your bank or try a different card.”

    I’ve verified that the card has sufficient funds and the billing details are correct. I also attempted different amounts and browsers, but the issue persists.

    Could you please let me know if there’s anything on your end that might be blocking the payment, or if there’s an alternative way to complete the purchase?

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
    Can you please reach out to us directly via the W3 Total Cache support channel in Performance>Support>Billing, and provide the last four of the CC used to attempt the purchase?
