    Hi,

I’ve been using W3 Total Cache for a few days and recently had a problem with it and created a “Internal server error”. So I desactivated it and tried to install it again.
Everytime I try to activate it, I have this “Internal server error, code 500”.
This sentence is written on my plugin page: The plugin w3-total-cache/w3-total-cache.php has been desactivated due to an error: The file does not exist.

My problem now is that my website does not update anymore without your plugin and people can’t even contact me using the . Can you help me to find where does the problem come from?

(Btw, sorry if my English ain’t perfect, I’m French).
    Thanks for your help!

    Hello Laura,

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
I’ve checked your website and I can see that you have some other caching plugin installed and the W3 Total Cache is not active.
Can you please confirm that you installed another plugin?
    Thanks!
