My website is http://www.TR1987.com which has been made with BoldGrid. I don’t want to switch to a non-BoldGrid theme so I’m hoping someone can fix my problem. There is a plugin called ProfileGrid that I am using but there is a glitch in using one of it’s main features with a BoldGrid themed site apparantly. The following is the correspondence between me and ProfileGrid:
From Me to Profile Grid (Aaron V., Support Associate): When I activate the “Group Wall” feature subscribers are not able to leave comments on my post. You can access the post by going to “Group” and clicking on the link “Group Wall”. When you click on the “add comment” option you are blocked from actually being able to leave a comment.
Response from Aaron V. at ProfileGrid: We have checked and found that issue appearing due to wrong html structure in the comment form which has been modified by “Boldgrid”.
This is working fine with the other themes as we have checked at our end.
I did verify that the ProfileGrid plugin and its Group Wall feature DO work fine with NON-BoldGrid WordPress themes. The problem is that I DO NOT want to switch. I am a novice and really like the BoldGrid format in comparison.
If you need administrator credentials to my site in order to fix these please contact me.
