Sorry for the problems with purchasing an image for your background. Make sure that your plugin and any related BoldGrid plugin is updated to the latest version. If you are certain you’re on the latest version and you continue to have problems, please contact your host’s live technical support team. They should be able to take action on the issue or refer to the development team if a change is necessary. Apologies for any delay in fixing your problem! Your issue may require changes to the server to which we do not have access to in the support center.
