Questions about Crio Premium and Jetpack Boost

Hello,

I’ve just installed Jetpack Boost on my Crio Premium site. It seems to have speeded up the site, and everything seems to work nicely, except for a series of odd links in the site which Jetpack Boost doesn’t like, saying that they are “redirecting to different pages.” All of them are hinduchristianstudies.org/bg-block/ … ?donotcachepage … links (see Boost’s “Critical CSS advanced recommendations” copied below).

My questions are:

(1) What are these bg-block links for? What is their function?
(2) Boost give the option, “If you think that the redirection is valid, then it is safe to ignore this issue.” Should I just ignore the “issue”?
