    Hi.
I intend to go premium (your price/features value is out of this world).

BUT I wanted to test first. So: Downloaded free version, got key, ran a backup … all worked beautifully except when I was wandering around menus, I clicked on the “Database” tab (as distinct from Files & Folders tab) under the “Restore this database” header and I got the message “an unknown error has occurred.” No other database information was provided. I looked at the logs and no problem was obvious.

All help appreciated. I really want there to be no reasons to not buy this!

    Hi Steve,

So sorry for the delay we must missed your ticket somehow. Can you try backing up the database only using the custom backup options then attempting to restore the database that way.

You can also send us the logs you have so that we can take a look to see if anything stands out on our end.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you still have trouble after trying this way.
