    Hi,

    I sent a request through the W3TC plugin on my website it’s installed on for a Pro plugin cancellation, but did not get any confirmation email, so I wasn’t sure if it went through. I believe I purchased the plugin before your modern Bold Grid account login, so I have no products listed, but I absolutely am getting charged annually for the plugin. Please help! Need to cancel!
